Hooper, NE Tuesday, April 26, 2016 I'm so sorry to learn of Joe's death. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with Joe when he'd stop by our office to pay a premium and we discussed many topics including gardening and he shared many of his gardening tips with me! It warms my heart to know that Joe is now at peace and reunited with his beloved wife, Berniece.Peg Weisenberg
